Dogewalk, a project situated at the crossroads of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0, aims to bridge the gap between these digital eras. We are a start-up on a mission to build a valuable Web 3.0 community for dog lovers worldwide. Our goal is simple: to enable people to walk their dogs and earn tokens as income. In addition, by incorporating elements of GameFI and SocialFi, we’re enhancing the interaction between dog parents and their beloved companions.

We’ve identified a promising market within the pet industry, specifically focusing on young consumers. Our research indicates that within the pet sector, the highest percentage of consumers is dog owners, primarily aged between 18–34. They possess significant spending power and have a consistent need to walk and spend time with their pets, creating a sticky market.

In today’s busy world, finding time to care for our dogs can be challenging. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many individuals adopted or purchased dogs to combat loneliness. Now, as life resumes its pre-pandemic pace, many find they can’t afford the time for proper pet care, which can result in decreased attention or abandonment. Recognizing this need and the potential of integrating it with Web 3.0 led us to conceive Dogewalk — a solution enabling dog owners to fulfill their responsibilities while also receiving rewards.

In light of the expansive market potential and its potential for sustained consumer engagement, we strive to build a global community of dog lovers who prioritize their pets and digital assets. Thus, we’re creating a sustainable Web3 platform to meet their needs.

The DogeWalk App: A Fun Experience for Dog Parents and Fur Babies

DogeWalk’s journey commences with the DogeWalk app, a delightful and rewarding game for dog parents and their pets. To begin, you will receive a free VDN and a free DDL. You can click START on the homepage and start walking your virtual dog right away. You can also purchase Virtual Dog NFTs (VDN) and a Digital Dog Leashes (DDL) within the app. VDNs feature a variety of breeds, genders, and appearances, and they age and upgrade through walks or token expenditure. Older dogs earn tokens quicker. You can walk with maximum of five dogs at the same time, each needs to be with an individual leash.

The app will be filled with enjoyable mini-games, one of which is territorial expansion, where the more territory you acquire, the higher your ranking, with top-ranking users winning prizes. The app also enables users living in close proximity to connect and walk their dogs together. While engaging with the app, you’ll earn in-game tokens called $BONES.

In the future, users’ earned $BONES can be exchanged for various digital and physical pet products or services, thereby enriching your pet’s life. DogeWalk are partnering with esteemed dog supply companies, veterinarians, and dog service providers to allow $BONES as payment for discounts Also, users can redeem $BONES for our governance token, which will be trading on crypto exchanges in the near future.
